Open call for guest residencies 2024

Are you an independent artist or part of an artistic initiative seeking space and support for your creative endeavors? Kaunas Artists' House (KAH) is thrilled to announce our Open Call for Guest Residencies.

WHAT: We invite artists and groups from diverse cultural and artistic backgrounds to apply for our Guest Residency program.

WHEN: Choose from two sets of residency dates: July 7-28 or August 12-31, 2024.

WHY: KAH is committed to nurturing individual creative processes and supporting the development of new or ongoing projects. Our program provides selected participants with access to our space and technical resources, free of charge, during working hours (9 a.m. to 7 p.m.).

HOW: Submit your application by June 10th, 2024, for consideration using the Google form here.

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS:

• Flexibility: Your proposals need not align with KAH's activities or spaces.
• Optional Public Presentations: You are welcome to share your creative process, but it's not compulsory.
• Collaboration: Discuss event implementation possibilities with our residency program curator if needed.

Artists from all cultural and artistic fields are encouraged to apply, including but not limited to architecture, performing arts, dance, theater, visual arts, music, literature, and creative industries.

Duration: Each residency can last up to 3 weeks.
