RECIPROCAL RESIDENCY

The prgramme is carried out in cooperation between Kaunas Artists' House and the partner institutions running various art residencies for artists, art researchers and curators. Reciprocal Residency programme is based on the principle of Open Call, where an artist from Lithuania is selected to the partner institution, and an artist from the partner country comes to Kaunas and takes up a residency at Kaunas Artists' House.

Kaunas Artists' House is currently able to provide artists with a shared studio space for work, a cosy Reading Room, the opportunities for networking, as well as professional support and curatorial advice. Upon arrival, residents are accommodated in a fully furbished apartment in an easily accessible and convenient part of Kaunas, usually in the city centre, or in neighbourhoods close by.
